Seeking Independent Sales Representatives
Position Summary:
Weevil Outdoor Supply Company is currently seeking experienced sales representatives, and independent companies to join our team. We are a fast growing "Outdoor Inspired Apparel Company" and need motivated individuals to help us along the way. Our products and designs would make a great fit to anyone looking to add a cool lifestyle line.
This is an ideal opportunity for independent reps with active accounts wanting to add to their lines, or independent rep companies to take advantage of our outside sales program.
Independent Rep Responsibilities:
Managing territory and accounts, developing sales strategies, and implementing sales goals. Reps are responsible for maintaining regular contact, and returning emails and phone calls in a timely manner. We encourage an open communication policy to ensure things run as smoothly as possible for you and our team.
Position Details:
The position is commission based with bonus incentives. Free samples are available and contingent upon contract arrangements. Sales commissions start at 15% and caps at 17.5 % . Starting commissions and early onboard incentives are based entirely upon experience, active accounts and territory.
We offer a dealer incentive program as well as an open stock rotation to help drive sales and make things as easy as possible for our reps and our customers. Our program is set to motivate and early onboard reps have great growth opportunity potential.
Job Qualifications:
Industry sales experience required. College or associates degree preferred, but not required.
