The Position: MN Production Office Manager
Position Summary Leads the production of all current and future Life Time Fitness Athletic Events produced out of the MN Office including all Triathlon, Cycle and Run events. Creates and manages business plans, supports marketing strategies and service strategies to drive event participation. Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time Fitness’ Mission Statement. Examples of Work Performed - Execute production of all current and future events produced by MN Production Office. Current events include Life Time Tri Minneapolis, Maple Grove Triathlon, Winona Triathlon, Kids Tri, Gran Fondo, Hill Fest, Lutsen 99er, two Esprit de She runs, Esprit de She Duathlon, Esprit de She Cycle, Torchlight Run, Turkey Day 5k and Commitment Day
- Support event production as needed for events produced by other offices across LTF
- Builds and maintains entire infrastructure for events produced or supported out of the MN Office
- Creates and maintains event Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); manages operational excellence with respect to event’s SOP
- Performs analysis of business performance and industry trends to identify improvement and/or new growth opportunities
- Supports and implements marketing strategies and plans
- Supervise the registration process for events
- Coordinate and collaborate with LTF corporate businesses, divisions and clubs to drive business
- Builds key partnerships and business development opportunities to build Life Time Fitness Athletic Events
- Upholds communication with staff to ensure compliance, integrity, quality assurance, and best practice sharing
- Manages and communicates financial performance of events against established goals; conducts monthly business review with corporate management
- Conducts comprehensive industry and competitive analysis to determine competitive benchmarks, pricing and positioning strategies for events
- Translates customer needs, market changes, and competitive initiatives into requirements for new feature of existing or future events
- Creates metrics to measure success and growth of events
- Develops and manages budget and staffing expectations
- Trains and develops all staff and volunteer coordinators
- Ensures customer service focus with participants as it relates to events
- Develops a working knowledge of LTF products, services, policies and procedures
- Consults government regulatory or other governmental agencies to ensure all programs are run in accordance with any government regulations
- Works with senior management team to oversee the budgeting and marketing of events
- Builds, implements, maintains and grows organic and online communities for events
Minimum Qualifications · Education: Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field · Experience: Three years race management experience Five years project management experience · Licenses / Certifications / Registration: None required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristic - High energy individual who is able to work semi-autonomously, comfortable with ambiguity and embraces change

- Quantifiably demonstrated a track record for driving brand or category growth/development
- Strong MS Office and/or other software with an ability to adapt learning to incorporate new technology
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
