Looking for a career in the fitness and cycling industry? Good news, our shop is hiring qualified and outgoing people. Working in a bicycle shop has its perks, and can also lead to other industry related positions. We have recently moved into a much larger, and much more magnificent location. Our new store is a whopping 9,000 square feet. Along with the upgrade, we have also added a brand new computerized fit system that only a few shops in the country have at the moment. Our larger space has become demanding of the staff, so we are looking for people to fill some key positions.
We are looking to hire ASAP because the MS150 is just around the corner, and we usually have very high foot traffic in Spring. We are currently looking for full-time employees only.
Current Positions Available:
Mechanic : We are in need of an experienced mechanic that is knowledgeable, and that has prior shop experience. Certification is plus.
Assembler : We need somebody that is very mechanically inclined to pre-assemble bicycles for the show room floor. Experienced applicants will be considered first.
Receiver : We are looking for a individual that has high typing and computer skills that is qualified to receive incoming product and bicycles in a timely manor. Shop experience is a plus, but we are willing to work with someone that has great computer skills.
Web Page Developer : We need someone that has the knowledge and experience to spruce up and maintain our web page. We are in need of an individual that has these qualities. Experienced applicants only.
Sales / Merchandising : We are need of some good folks that are eager to learn, and that have an eye for merchandising. A bicycle shop is a unique workplace, so we are looking for friendly hard working applicants. We would like to have someone that enjoys talking to new people, and that also has a passion for riding.
Female Employees for Sales : Our new location now has a women?s section, and we are looking for female riders and enthusiast that will head up our women?s area with an unreckoning force. We would like someone that is very social and outgoing, and that will also have some interest in leading rides and classes.
