The Position: Service Techs & Sales Associates
Recently named a Gold Star Retailer in 2012 by Bicycle Retailer, Contender Bicycles consistently ranks among the top bike shops in the country. We are looking to add qualified sales and services associates. Both full and part-time positions are available.
For service, our mechanics need to be proficient in pro bike assembly, basic wheel building, diagnostic evaluation and repair of entry-level to high-end road and mountain bikes. With a high-volume of repairs, our service team operates on a tight schedule with quick turn-around.
Our sales force requires a comprehensive knowledge of entry-level to high-end road and mountain bikes. Professionalism and a willingness to help cyclists of all types are a must. A desire to learn more about each of our product lines and to become an expert is a requirement. Additional duties include merchandising and inventory maintenance.
