The Position: Inside Sales Rep
In search of Inside Sales Rep
Benefit package available after 90 day probation period
Location: Raleigh, NC (no relocation available)
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming sales, customer service and technical support calls
- Partner with regional account managers to offer and insure customer satisfaction
- Make outgoing calls to solicit sales of daily specials and new products to established customer base
Qualifications:
- High School (or equivalent) diploma
- Must have sales and bike shop experience
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Knowledge of bicycle parts and mechanics
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
