We are the industry standard for providing retail market intelligence (retail sales tracking), consumer research, and integrated CRM services to suppliers, retailers, associations, resorts and companies in the sports, recreation, hospitality, travel and entertainment industries.

The Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) serves as the overall technical lead on CRM implementations, development initiatives and projects. They are responsible for driving the technical architecture and leading the development team for those initiatives. The TSA ensures that business, application support, and technical requirements are identified and evolved with other teams over the project life cycle from concept to implementation. They work very closely with and support the internal CRM team as well as client groups to understand their strategy and goals, helping to translate those goals into high-level technology requirements. The TSA is responsible for managing business expectations and that the solutions proposed have a good fit in terms of meeting client requirements, cost, time to market and risk. This individual will provide industry best practices for integration and application development, deployment, and iterative refinement. The position requires an individual highly skilled in CRM data management & business intelligence solutions, data ETL & integration, data warehousing, analytics and dashboard reporting technologies.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience delivering real world business database solutions using various tools (Microsoft SQL Server 2005-2008, MSRS, SSIS)
- 3 to 5 years CRM technical experience
